Dr. Rajendra V. Nargundkar has served as the Vice Chancellor of Prestige University, and was a professor at top Indian Business Schools such as IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore and IIM Kozhikode. He started the PES Business Review, a scholarly journal at PES University, Bangalore. He has conducted many Executive Development Programs, and Faculty Development Programs on Research Methodology over the years. He was Director at NMIMS Bangalore, IMT Nagpur and IFIM Business School. He was also a faculty member at Kirloskar Institute, XIM Bhubaneswar and Vignana Jyoti Institute of Management, and Senior Dean at IMT Ghaziabad.

Dr. Santhanam began his professional career as a psychologist at Bala Vihar (1979–1980) and subsequently at the Government Institute for Mentally Retarded, Tamil Nadu (1984–1989), working with children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities. From 1989 to 2009, he served at the Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Handicapped, Govt. of India, where he designed and implemented employment and vocational training programs for persons with disabilities. As Head of NCSCDA (2009–2013), he led nationwide initiatives in rehabilitation, inclusive employment, and skill development, significantly advancing the cause of disability empowerment. Prof. Panch. Ramalingam (03.03.1960) is the Director (Retd) of the UGC – Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (formerly UGC-HRDC) at Pondicherry University, Puducherry, India. This centre, established by the University Grants Commission (UGC), is dedicated to the professional development of higher education teachers by planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating training programs for college and university faculty. With 28 years of experience in teaching, research, and faculty development.
Academically, his research interests span Teacher Education, School Psychology, Occupational Preferences, Decision-Making, Mental Health and Well-being, Educational Counselling Psychology, Career Counselling, Integral Education, Yoga, Cross Cultural Psychology, and Indian School Psychology.

Dr. T.V. Venkatasubramanyan is also a distinguished expert in ICT-enabled education, e-learning solutions, and strategic technology consulting. As the CEO/Director of Evexia Analytics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since 2021 and former CEO/Managing Director of Sakshi Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (1999-2021), he has spearheaded over 400 IT and e-learning projects across industries. He has served as Principal Consultant for the E-learning Division at the Bureau of Indian Standards and as an Advisor to the Hon’ble Minister for Higher Education and IT, Govt. of Sri Lanka (2001-2002), where he played a key role in drafting Sri Lanka’s first ICT policy. Dr Ramachandran is renowned for his sustained R&D contributions in the areas of Experimental and Human Engineering, Aviation Psychology, Environmental Psychology and Military psychology during his illustrious career spanning over three and half decades.
He is a post graduate in Applied Psychology from Bharathiar University, pursued his M.Phil from University of Madras and received his PhD from Delhi University.
As a young psychologist, he started his career at CMC Vellore, was a Consulting Psychologist at Psycho-Behavioural Clinic at Madras and also at Students Counseling Bureau at University of Madras. He joined Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), DRDO in the year 1989 and after decades of long lasting contributions, was elevated as Director of the institute on 01 Mar 2013.
His leadership in guiding research endeavours, continuous training of assessors and standardisation of Officer Selection System was instrumental for evolving novel solutions & strengthening psychological support to the Indian Armed Forces. The spin-offs of his research work has benefitted Tri-services, Central Armed Police Forces and other organisations of national repute.
He played a pioneering role in the conceptualisation, design, development and induction of state-of-the-art Computerised Pilot Selection System (CPSS) for screening potential candidates for flying branch of the Indian armed forces.
He steered several key research projects and training programs, building partnerships with academia and making strong contributions to international collaborations. As an expert member on selection committees for the Indian Armed Forces, he played a key role in shaping effective policies and identifying promising research areas.
He is a Life Member of various academic and professional societies such as Indian Academy of Applied Psychology and Madras Psychologist Association. In recognition of his techno-managerial leadership and distinguished R&D contributions, as a team leader, he received two times the prestigious DRDO Agni Award for Excellence in Self-Reliance for the year 2005 and 2015. Dr Ramachandran superannuated from DIPR, DRDO on 31 July 2023 after a distinguished service of three and half decades and settled in Coimbatore. He actively contributes and shares his insights as part of expert panels & committees and continues to mentor the young minds.

He is certified in MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) from APTI, Chicago, USA, and has done his doctoral research in Psychology (MBTI-based study) at the University of Madras, but yet to submit thesis.
With 16 years of corporate experience, Paul has held senior HR leadership positions in prominent organizations. He served as Head HR at Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd., where he also led HR for its overseas operations in Malaysia; UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd., a Japanese joint venture with multiple manufacturing units across India; and MRF Ltd., Arakkonam. Earlier, at Christian Medical College, Vellore, he worked as a Social Analyst in the Department of Biostatistics on large-scale demographic and health studies.
For the past 20 years, Paul has been a consultant to leading Indian and multinational companies, specializing in Industrial Relations, dispute resolution, and employee satisfaction analytics. His client portfolio includes ATC Tires Pvt. Ltd., BMW (Chennai), Hyundai Motor India, Larsen & Toubro, Siemens Building Technologies, SRM Medical College and Hospital, and Flex.
