He has also served in senior academic leadership roles within a reputed technology-enabled education delivery organisation, leading multidisciplinary teams in the development of digital learning resources and professional training programmes.
Dr. Vijayakumar has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and has presented research at numerous national and international conferences. He has guided several doctoral scholars and numerous postgraduate research projects, and has supported innumerable Ph.D. researchers through methodological mentoring, psychometric assessment design, and advanced statistical consultation. His long-standing engagement with psychometric assessment and professional guidance underpins his present work in psychological assessment and counselling initiatives.
He has designed and delivered faculty development, counselling skill enhancement, and executive development programmes focusing on personality development, emotional well-being, educational effectiveness, and data-informed practice. Widely travelled for academic collaborations, he currently works as an independent psychology and data science consultant, freelance trainer, and educator. His contributions to the field have been recognised with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Asia-Pacific School Psychology Association, Malaysia.
Dr. Rajendra V. Nargundkar has served as the Vice Chancellor of Prestige University, and was a professor at top Indian Business Schools such as IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore and IIM Kozhikode. He started the PES Business Review, a scholarly journal at PES University, Bangalore. He has conducted many Executive Development Programs, and Faculty Development Programs on Research Methodology over the years. He was Director at NMIMS Bangalore, IMT Nagpur and IFIM Business School. He was also a faculty member at Kirloskar Institute, XIM Bhubaneswar and Vignana Jyoti Institute of Management, and Senior Dean at IMT Ghaziabad.
He has four major books to his credit- Marketing Research, Services Marketing, International Marketing, and Brand Management (co-authored with Bhagyalakshmi Venkatesh). A recent book he has co-edited is titled Digital Marketing Cases From India. His current research interests are B School Branding, Personal Branding, and Tourism.
He has a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Osmania University (1982), an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (1984), and a Ph.D. from Clemson University, USA (1989).
His work has been published in many journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, and Journal of Product and Brand Management. Dr. S. Anant ram is an Associate Professor of Marketing at IMT Nagpur. He has over 36 years of experience in industry and academics.
He holds a degree in industrial relations and personnel management from Andhra University, MBA from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Diplomas in Hotel management, Airlines and tourism management from TIM and Ph.D. from NLU Jodhpur. He is also a certified Master teacher from ISB, Hyderabad.
He has conducted over 100 Management development programs and trained more than 2500 managers (from management trainees to Senior Managers). belonging to: Kirloskar Group (KOEL, KBL, KFIL, KEPL and KPCL), Adecco, Asian Paints, Vizag Steel, NTPC, LIC, UTI, Excise Dept -GOVT of AP, Trident , Synthite,WCL etc.

Dr. T. Santhanam is a highly distinguished psychologist, clinical hypnotherapist, and educator with over four decades of experience in mental health, rehabilitation, behavioural sciences, and special education. As the Director of SDS Academy of Behavioural Sciences, Chennai, he has advanced research, clinical practice, and professional training in psychology, with a focus on evidence-based interventions and inclusive education. He served as the Head of the National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled (NCSCDA), Government of India, pioneering vocational rehabilitation, skill development, and empowerment programs for persons with disabilities. In recognition of his exceptional contributions, he was awarded the National Award by the President of India twice.
Dr. Santhanam’s expertise spans clinical psychology, psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), clinical hypnotherapy, counselling, and special education. He has provided professional services to over one lakh clients, addressing diverse mental health and developmental challenges.

He completed his B.A. and M.A. in Psychology at Presidency College, Chennai, followed by an M.Phil. (1978) and Ph.D. in Psychology (1989) from the University of Madras. Furthering his specialization in education, he earned a B.Ed. in Special Education with Rehabilitation Council of India accreditation. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Dr. Santhanam began his professional career as a psychologist at Bala Vihar (1979–1980) and subsequently at the Government Institute for Mentally Retarded, Tamil Nadu (1984–1989), working with children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities. From 1989 to 2009, he served at the Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Handicapped, Govt. of India, where he designed and implemented employment and vocational training programs for persons with disabilities. As Head of NCSCDA (2009–2013), he led nationwide initiatives in rehabilitation, inclusive employment, and skill development, significantly advancing the cause of disability empowerment. Since 2014, he has been the Director of SDS Academy of Behavioural Sciences, guiding research, education, and clinical practice.

Dr. Santhanam has served as visiting faculty at premier institutions such as the University of Madras, Tamil Nadu Open University, Mother Teresa Women’s University, Bharathiar University, Annamalai University, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Christ University (Bengaluru), University of Jaffna (Sri Lanka), Assumption University (Thailand), and the University of Tokyo (Japan). Dr. Santhanam has authored three influential books: Children with Learning Disability, Learning Disabilities and Remedial Programme, and Stress and Attitude of Women Teachers, and has published over 50 research papers in national and international journals. Prof. Panch. Ramalingam (03.03.1960) is the Director (Retd) of the UGC – Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (formerly UGC-HRDC) at Pondicherry University, Puducherry, India. This centre, established by the University Grants Commission (UGC), is dedicated to the professional development of higher education teachers by planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating training programs for college and university faculty. With 28 years of experience in teaching, research, and faculty development.
Academically, his research interests span Teacher Education, School Psychology, Occupational Preferences, Decision-Making, Mental Health and Well-being, Educational Counselling Psychology, Career Counselling, Integral Education, Yoga, Cross Cultural Psychology, and Indian School Psychology.
He is an active participant in academic conferences and regularly presents research papers at the annual conferences of the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology (IAAP), Asia Pacific School Psychology (APSPA), and Indian School Psychology Association (InSPA).
With extensive experience in academic event organization, he has successfully conducted more than 30 national and 25 international conferences/seminars. Dr. Thiruvalangadu Viswanathan Venkatasubramanyan is the Director of Evexia Analytics Solution Private Limited and a distinguished expert in psychology and emotional well-being. He has made significant contributions to the field of mental health assessment and positive psychology, with a focus on developing tools that enhance individual and academic growth.
He is the creator of the Manasika Emotional Well-Being Scale, a scientifically validated instrument designed to assess emotional health and resilience. Dr. T.V. Venkatasubramanyan is also a distinguished expert in ICT-enabled education, e-learning solutions, and strategic technology consulting. As the CEO/Director of Evexia Analytics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since 2021 and former CEO/Managing Director of Sakshi Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (1999-2021), he has spearheaded over 400 IT and e-learning projects across industries. He has served as Principal Consultant for the E-learning Division at the Bureau of Indian Standards and as an Advisor to the Hon’ble Minister for Higher Education and IT, Govt. of Sri Lanka (2001-2002), where he played a key role in drafting Sri Lanka’s first ICT policy. A former Member of the Presidential Task Force, Rashtrapati Bhavan (2016-2018), he has also held positions as a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Madras and a Visiting Professor at NIT Manipur. Former Outstanding Scientist & Director, Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR)
Dr Ramachandran is renowned for his sustained R&D contributions in the areas of Experimental and Human Engineering, Aviation Psychology, Environmental Psychology and Military psychology during his illustrious career spanning over three and half decades.
He is a post graduate in Applied Psychology from Bharathiar University, pursued his M.Phil from University of Madras and received his PhD from Delhi University.
As a young psychologist, he started his career at CMC Vellore, was a Consulting Psychologist at Psycho-Behavioural Clinic at Madras and also at Students Counseling Bureau at University of Madras. He joined Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), DRDO in the year 1989 and after decades of long lasting contributions, was elevated as Director of the institute on 01 Mar 2013.
His leadership in guiding research endeavours, continuous training of assessors and standardisation of Officer Selection System was instrumental for evolving novel solutions & strengthening psychological support to the Indian Armed Forces. The spin-offs of his research work has benefitted Tri-services, Central Armed Police Forces and other organisations of national repute.
He played a pioneering role in the conceptualisation, design, development and induction of state-of-the-art Computerised Pilot Selection System (CPSS) for screening potential candidates for flying branch of the Indian armed forces.
He steered several key research projects and training programs, building partnerships with academia and making strong contributions to international collaborations. As an expert member on selection committees for the Indian Armed Forces, he played a key role in shaping effective policies and identifying promising research areas.
He is a Life Member of various academic and professional societies such as Indian Academy of Applied Psychology and Madras Psychologist Association. He authored publications in reputed journals, national and international conferences, authored technical reports/manuals/guides & contributed chapters in many Books. He has mentored and provided guidance to young minds through guest lectures, invited talks and engaging interactions during the national and international conferences and other major events.
In recognition of his techno-managerial leadership and distinguished R&D contributions, as a team leader, he received two times the prestigious DRDO Agni Award for Excellence in Self-Reliance for the year 2005 and 2015. Other prominent awards and recognitions conferred on Dr Ramachandran include Alumni of the Year award by PSG & Sons Charities, Manju Thakur Memorial Oration Award by Indian Academy of Health Psychology and also a special award by healthcare professionals by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Under his leadership as Director DIPR, the laboratory was conferred with Titanium Trophy for its outstanding and non-parallel research contributions for the Indian Armed Forces.
Dr Ramachandran superannuated from DIPR, DRDO on 31 July 2023 after a distinguished service of three and half decades and settled in Coimbatore. He actively contributes and shares his insights as part of expert panels & committees and continues to mentor the young minds.
Paul James holds an M.Phil. (pre-doctoral) degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resources from the Madras School of Social Work and an M.A. (Social Work) from Loyola College, Chennai. He is certified in MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) from APTI, Chicago, USA, and has done his doctoral research in Psychology (MBTI-based study) at the University of Madras, but yet to submit thesis.
With 16 years of corporate experience, Paul has held senior HR leadership positions in prominent organizations. He served as Head HR at Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd., where he also led HR for its overseas operations in Malaysia; UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd., a Japanese joint venture with multiple manufacturing units across India; and MRF Ltd., Arakkonam. Earlier, at Christian Medical College, Vellore, he worked as a Social Analyst in the Department of Biostatistics on large-scale demographic and health studies.
For the past 20 years, Paul has been a consultant to leading Indian and multinational companies, specializing in Industrial Relations, dispute resolution, and employee satisfaction analytics. His client portfolio includes ATC Tires Pvt. Ltd., BMW (Chennai), Hyundai Motor India, Larsen & Toubro, Siemens Building Technologies, SRM Medical College and Hospital, and Flex.
He has authored several publications in reputed journals, including:
