About RRDA
The Research Reflection & Diagnostic Assessment (RRDA) is part of ResearchBeaconâs service offerings. It is designed to help researchers examine the clarity, alignment, and readiness of their research.
RRDA is not meant only for PhD scholars. It may be useful for doctoral researchers, postgraduate students, faculty members, academic researchers, article writers, independent researchers, organisational researchers, professionals engaged in research, and those preparing the research core of funding proposals.
RRDA is not a test, academic approval, ethics review, thesis evaluation, funding proposal preparation service, or publication guarantee. It is a diagnostic, developmental, and insight-generating research-support process that helps researchers understand how well the different parts of their research are connected and contributes to the development of a coherent, well-integrated, and intellectually sound thesis or research work.

What You Will Receive
Eligible researchers will receive a Research Insight Report.
The report may begin with a Research Summary, presenting a concise overview of your research topic, stage, approach, objectives, methodological direction, evidence base, and present level of readiness.
The report may also include observations on research clarity, literature foundation, objective alignment, methodology, evidence pathway, analysis readiness, interpretation, strengths, gaps, risks, further research directions, publication readiness, and possible next steps.
The report is not a certification of correctness. It is a scholarly insight document intended to help you understand and strengthen your research.
Scope and Limits
RRDA is especially suitable for research involving human, behavioural, educational, organisational, institutional, managerial, psychological, social, public-health social/behavioural, community, and allied social-science concerns.
For funding-related work, RRDA can help examine the core research content of a proposal, such as the research problem, objectives, literature foundation, methodology, evidence plan, analysis logic, and expected contribution.
Time, Fee, and Report Delivery
RRDA is most useful when completed thoughtfully and honestly. As meaningful self-reflection takes time, you may complete the process over several days, pausing and resuming whenever needed.
The Research Insight Report is typically shared within 3â7 working days after successful completion of RRDA and submission of the required materials. Complex, incomplete, or high-volume cases may require additional time.

Yes. While completing RRDA, you may review and refine your responses wherever editing is permitted. Once you finally submit your responses for review and report preparation, they cannot be changed.
Provide the information currently available to you as honestly and accurately as possible. Where something is not yet decided, developed, or available, indicate its present status rather than trying to provide a premature answer.
Research often evolves. You may update your responses while completing the RRDA process, wherever editing is permitted. However, once you finally submit your responses for review, they cannot be changed. If you wish to undertake RRDA again based on a substantially revised version of the same research, you will need to register afresh.
AI-Sage supports reflection, clarification, expression, and insight generation within the RRDA process. It does not make research decisions on your behalf. The responsibility for academic and methodological decisions remains with you and, where applicable, your research advisor or institution.
The Research Insight Report is developed from your RRDA responses, cross-sectional review of your research process, AI-supported analysis, and expert review. Where clarification support is available, the relevant process will be communicated with your report.
Research perspectives can differ. The RRDA Research Insight Report presents the independent diagnostic and reflective perspective of RRDA, based on the information you provide and reviewed by research experts. Differences in perspective may provide useful opportunities for further reflection, discussion, and refinement.
RRDA is intended to complement, not replace, academic supervision or institutional requirements. Where possible, keep your research advisor informed about your participation and consider the Research Insight Report alongside the guidance and regulations applicable to your research.
Yes. After receiving your Research Insight Report, you may undertake RRDA again for the same research at a later stage or for a new research project. Each subsequent use of RRDA requires a fresh registration.
